After 3s, continuously review and update policies and procedures to ensure they include the up to date laws and common practices. As the list of policies is an extensive one, it is difficult to publish them all regularly. Therefore, if you wish to see or request a copy of a particular policy or procedure, our policy file is available in the club.
Policies recently updated are; 'Admissions & Availability', 'Data Protection & Confidentiality', 'Child Protection & Safeguarding' and 'Confidential Reporting'.
After 3's thanks all parents and visitors to the club for respecting our mobile phone policy and not using their devices whilst in the club.
We have recently been reviewing and updating our policies and procedures to meet the new GDPR requirements. If you have any questions regarding these, please do not hesitate to ask.
Autumn 2017 (updated February 2018)
After 3's Health & Safety Policies and Procedures are currently being reviewed and updated, using the responses from the Question of the Week to inform them where applicable. While they are under review, any comments or suggestions are welcomed as part of this process.
Due to a slight delay the completed documents will now be available after half term.

During the Spring term After 3s will be focusing on the Learning and Development aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage policy. We will be reviewing how we record children's learning journey whilst attending After 3s.
