Celery Investigation

We have been learning about how plants grow. We discovered that the roots of the plant take the water out of the soil and into the plant. We also found out that the stem takes the water up to the flower and leaves. We decided to investigate if this was true. We will leave our celery for a few days and see what happens.

What do you think will happen?
