My name is Sachu James, and I am proud to be part of the St Marie’s school community as both a parent and now as a school governor. I come from an IT background, with professional experience in technical management, problem-solving, and project coordination. While I do not have previous experience in school governance, I bring with me a strong foundation in social work and have actively contributed to various Catholic youth movements over the years.
As the proud father of a child in Reception at St Marie’s, I am deeply committed to supporting our school in fostering a nurturing, disciplined, and values-driven environment. I believe that a school plays a vital role not only in academic development but also in shaping children’s character and sense of community. My goal as a governor is to help ensure that every child at St Marie’s receives the best possible start in life—both educationally and spiritually—so they can grow into responsible, value-driven citizens who make a positive impact on society.
I am honoured to contribute my skills, time, and passion to support the school’s mission and its continued success.
